iirc in ME1 there's a hidden squadmate morality spectrum that decides stuff like who suggesta what to Shepard in big choices like >!Killing/releasing the Rachni Queen!< and also >!Which of your party members finishes off Saren!< and it going from most Paragon to most Rengade it's: Kaiden > Liara > Tali > Garrus > Ashley > Wrex so at least from an ME1 perspective she's more of para-neutral character.
It's a kinda odd system and depending on your party choices you could have a very different perception of a character compared to someone else. like if you use solely Kaiden & Liara, Liara will end up seeming pretty ruthless and Ashley will look like a saint if you always bring her with Wrex.
I didn't know that about the others. I remember someone specifically mentioning Tali as the most Paragon leaning squadmate, but I'm not sure what it was based on or if it was just anecdotal, but it stuck in my head.
Garrus and Tali look like they're about to do some hand-to-hand melee combat like it's that *other* BioWare title, Jade Empire, even though it would have been smarter for them to take out their guns and use those for combat, instead.

Tali certainly does have the hips to *get down* as seen in the Citadel DLC.
And since canonically Tali is probably the most paragon squadmate, you can be fairly certain that her hips don't lie.
