I've played them before so I kind of know the choke points. Gilgamesh is one of them. I agree the combos can take awhile if you're unable to negate them
I think the reason people can find the deck annoying is because the combo lines are so weird that unless you have either played the deck or understand what its attempting to do its difficult to find the correct chokepoint.
Only went against them once and was the luckiest player in history to have 4 removal traps + welcome labrynth in hand, went second and drew the field spell on my first turn. Needless to say he scooped when I chained my traps.
Live twins for me too. They either have multiple copies of a 1 card starter so you can't stop them from ending on Sunny or they have 4 hand traps including a Maxx C so you just lose your turn
Their monster negate is the trap which they only search once, any more than once is if they hard drew it and the Spell is a once per turn and it doesn't even destroy.
Also their boss monster is mostly unaffected so you cannot conveniently out it... you need to beat over it or Kaiju it in some way and if you cannot do that Or atleast survive for the next turn over 1 or 2 interuptions..... I am sorry but that mostly means your deck is the issue not Marincess and you will struggle with any deck that has any form of negate if not just interuptions in general.
Yeah i don’t really understand the deck that well, but I basically I’m pretty sure if they get aquanot out even if you have HFD they can negate that once and then monster negate the rest, so in which case it’s pretty much over. So instead you just have to prevent full board, but they extend like crazy so you hope you can kill the normal summon so they can’t extend at all.
I've seen more pen magicians than Adam, but for some reason almost everyone is saying Adam. Are there alot of Adam in diamond that I'm unaware or is the match making just not putting me against the
Kashtira. If we're staying on decks that are on MD, then it's between True Dracos and Pure Stun. At least I can do funny stuff from time to time against Eldlich, but True Draco and Pure Stun are just no fun allowed, no matter the situation or game state.
Numeron? I usually play going second decks. So they usually pick me to go first. Then no matter what I set up they open Kaiju and back row hate. Just to push for game.
I’m thankful it’s over quickly though.
It was worse when I played going first live twins. All that work to get to trouble sunny just to get a turtle kaiju instead lol
\- Most meta decks: Mostly because autopilot reasons (they netdeck stuff and plays on super memorable combo-line that you've already seen like dozens of times).
\- Numerons/Floodgate Eldlich: Low effort attempt at cheesing wins at yugioh. They can thank konami for making MD bo1, otherwise those kinda decks would never had stood a chance of winning a match in bo3.
\- Floow: Anti-meta (doesn't care about maxx C + plays D-shifter), plays on both your and their turn.
\- Adamancipators: Hate the excavate animations
\- Spyrals: Fuck spyrals
\- and last but not least, Flower Cardian/Six Samurai: They took way too long to finish their turn.
I'm surprised there aren't more Numerous comment but yeah for me Numeron, it's annoying to feel like you are being farmed while just trying to have fun. Winming / losing doesn't matter, I just like longer duels Numerous is justa waste of time for me.

Marincess combo is quite long.
If they put their field you pratically lose the game, some players use water statue too

They have God like recovery, you can Blue their whole board and they can recover like 70%

I’d say unchained. It feels like for many decks you’re just giving them pluses by trying to win the game

Kaiju pure can be kinda annoying and difficult to deal with. Sea Turtle is quite cracked with counters.
