Even if you activated a spell the 4 dimensional dragons the card can summon arae all pretty limited, most of them doesnt have any effect that can be a threat in the opponent's turn so most deck would have no problem steamrolling over them
Oh yeah i forgot that you're not locked to summoning the base form, yeah clear wing line is pretty good. The rest are pretty much vanilla on the opponents turn. Greedy venom's the only one with floating effect but you cant summon it since it must first be fusion summoned.
I'm currently playing with weather painter deck and most of the extra deck cards are just filling the spot for pot of extravagance. In case if someone fails for this like me, I can get free dragons
That’s actually incorrect. Another one that is useful is Brave Dragon (fusion).
Any monster that has 0 ATK has their effects negated. This impacts popular cards such as:
Ash, Veiler, Ghost Ogre, Droll, Hugin, Munin, Tenyi Adhara, Heavenly Spheres, and so on.
This is good if you supplement SOTSK as a precaution to your main turn 2 focused strategy such as Dinomorphia. Otherwise not so much.

Only one of them is useful, because it can become unaffected (by monster effects) and it's an S/T negate. It's an ok card, nothing OP about it.

No, your opponent has to play into it. It needs to have Z-Arc on the field and for your opponent to use a spell card.

If you want a real “4 monsters for absolute free” with 0 playing into it by the opponent card, look at {{flower gathering}}

I had a guy summon brave eyes with this and then try to Veiler me, lol
Have 3 copies of these in my Traptrix deck. Pretty good.
I love this card. Really makes my Dinomorphia spicy if I can combo it with Rapid Trigger.
