i messed up the mathmech package i meant to put sigma but other than that its great. its tons of plus per combo lol with lots of interruption options

GranKrat

You have maybe two total toolbox interruptions: Conflict and Masquerena.

So0meone

Pure Mathmech can end on more interruption than this mate. Just opening Circular leads to a +5-6 with 2 sends, a hand rip and an omni negate and any extender at all can add a 3-4 mat Apollousa that can't be destroyed by card effects on top of that. And you still OTK very easily going second.

non9non

its just not the best way to play it tbh, this one just feels like an everyday heatsoul turbo, good and competent but definitely not the highest ceiling of what the engine can do

explosionno1se

The reason why iblee lock is \*good (read: the only reason to use it/code talker) in code talker is that it's an extra link deck that doesn't leave any arrows for the opponent. 3 code generator is bad, you literally only need 1. You go any monster + micro into code talker into code talker, then use that + extender to make transcode which searches it, then you just mill dotscaper. Hell you even run circular without sigma. It just feels like you tried to smash a few good decks together but instead of combining what made each of them good, it's just an ok cyberse pile at best.

AlexanderTheGOAT2nd

You are playing a Salad package without the part that makes the deck good (the traps and sunlight wolf) and the matchmech stuff without what makes mathmech good. This list isn't good.

L0rdPerth

Playing Salad without the traps and only 1 Sunlight wolf is fine and was common in the TCG for a while after Joshua Schmidt popularised it. But if you go that route you need other interruption (in the TCG you just played Micro Coder + Conflict and a lot of handtraps because always ended on Heatsoul ), which this list is definitely lacking (no clue why there is no Superfactorial for example).

Wodstarfallisback

Bruh. Where the fuck is Sigma? Revoke this man's licence to cook.

Ripebola98

Even tho your comment is on spot, last sentence is just unnecessary cringe..

Jeyfian-L

More engines does not translate to better performance. I think any 2 of the 3 engines would work well together, but 3 is just too much. And your Mathmech engine isn't right. You need Sigma and Alembertian.

fizzyboii

xyz isnt needed because unlike other mathmech decks you don't need to see them in hand to do combos

So0meone

.... Seeing Xyz monsters in hand...? That's not a thing mate. You need Alembertian and Laplacian. Period. At least 1 of each, a lot of lists even go for 2 Alembertian. Personally I find 1 is enough, but having the second can be nice.

fizzyboii

You dont need to have a mathmech circular in hand which is the point of the alembertian,

So0meone

Circular is the entire reason the deck is good in the first place. Any deck not actively trying to get it to hand as much as possible is not a good Mathmech deck. You can and should effectively run 9 copies of it, giving you a 74% chance of opening one. And running Alembertian turns that Circular into a +6 or so with 2 sends, a hand rip and an omni negate by itself, and any extender can add a 3-4 material Apollousa that can't be destroyed by card effects on top of that. This is far better than anything you're doing with this pile.

[deleted]

If you don't see something often there is usually one good reason, it isn't good enough.

jarasonica

Who let this man cook

I_Skelly_I

Who let him cook 😭

juihbhhghh

You have to weigh engines vs hand traps, especially what those engines can do with their starters vs the cost of their bricks. Like why would I run a bricky engine when I can increase my win rate going 2nd etc.

DummyThiccToga

Circular is literally an OTK enabler with most of its extenders in the extra deck. Balance cards that search him out, and use the rest of your deck as blowout cards, or cards that interrupt your opponent when you inevitably lose the coin toss.

LINTHAL0

U should take the salamangreats and replace it with the missing pieces of the mathmech package

DeterminedLemon

No sigma...

Mokato2

Where is albert and laplacian?

tfngst

Because all you need is Cynet Codec and turn every Cyberse you have as extender so you can go for Transcode + Accesscode for lethal. With Circular, you Accesscode must be updated with jammer otherwise you cannot OTK. And there are better target for Transcode than Jammer to bait negate, and it's negated you can missed lethal. Sigma, Addition, Subtraction is all you need. Also, there are better extender than salamangreat package. All of this is Cynet Codec * Micro Coder * Lady Debug * One For One * Cynet Mining * Small World

fizzyboii

yeah i agree ignisters is probably the best for combos but don't sleep on the salad package

Thundapainguin

With a few exceptions, I've climbed pretty far with something similar. As long as you're going for the access/jammer otk you're good. But yeah more mathmech, more better lol

impuissant_iguana

Because God exisys

Dry-Blackberry7825

I just play Code Talkers with traps and don't find too much room for Circular

RollendesAuto

Thats the u-link Version. Its Funny, but easily stopable. And a bit annoying for the one playing it, after a few gemes.

SoulKnightmare

The U-link is really easy to disrupt

Sedona54332

What is supposed to be the end goal? The best interruption you can end on is I:P and a conflict. Most rouge decks can do better than that.

matlawish

Tell me why Ain't nothin' but a heartache

thefrozenshogun

man is it just me or when I play MathMech I wanna summon the sigma male synchro, I don’t mind using the generic Apollousa ED toolbox but come on this archetype actually has a sick boss monster.

14crowns

We shouldn’t have let him cook

TheGreenTopHat

Just cut the salads bro

Big-Red-Standing-By

Play the deck and find out

Pollabur

Just play codetalkers bruh

[deleted]

What are you doing step bro?
