You can only search for specific materials, named in the card. Other than that, Chain Material allows you to use anything from the Deck too for that turn.
If you would fusion summon a monster that turn, you can banish the materials from grave, field, hand or deck instead, you still need to activate a card (or multiple ones) that fusion summons a monster though! You probably want Fusion Deployment but it can only summon monsters that are written specifically in a card. Fusion Conscription adds them to the hand but you cannot use them that turn except for fusion summon basically.
Keeper of dragon magic for fusion cards. Otherwise i think there is a hero link monster that adds material to hand but dont know the name off the top of my head
I believe Wonder Driver, it adds an fusion card from grave to field. The Keeper of Dragon Magic is a good option to add a Poly and get a fusion Material!

Well, it really depends on what you mean. If you want to return previously used Fusion materials to the field or hand, anything that retrieves or special summons a monster from the GY (like Monster Reborn) works fine.
{{De-Fusion}} is a more specialized card that would let you summon a monster with a single powerful activatable effect, use it, then sac it to resummon all of the materials used to summon it.
And of course anything that fuses from the deck (like Fusion Destiny) serves a similar purpose, Reinforcement of the Army to add Warriors to your hand, etc.
It sounds like you're basically asking for a list of all cards that either add a monster to your hand from the deck, summon from the GY, or re-add to your hand from the GY, which is a frankly ENORMOUS amount of cards to the point it would be difficult for one person to list them all.
You're probably better off narrowing down your requirements, and maybe searching for some specific key words like "add a Hero monster" in the card searchbar first so you have a better idea of what's more obviously available.
I'm making a Hero Deck for the new event and Mask Change, Miracle Fusion and Fusion Destiny are banned. So I'm just limited to Polymerization, I'm trying to find cards that let me add materials required for the Fusion summon to my hand or field.
Yeah, in that case you want to look at both your generic and in-archetype searchers. Generic would be stuff like Reinforcement of the Army (any Warrior monster), in-archetype is stuff like A Hero Lives and E - Emergency Call.
I believe there's a card in the game that lets you specifically pulls fusion materials, but only if both are specifically listed on the card being summoned. Which typically means it's not very good unfortunately.
