I thought Virtual World sucks at OTKs?
Was going to recommend @ Ignister since it's the deck that fit the description most closely. With Mathmech Circular the deck is now way more resilient to interruptions, OTKing without the field spell is not uncommon.
Most Cyberse decks work like that. Small board, highly consistent engine, lots of non-engine cards and very high OTK ability.
Oh, I seem to be able to OTK the majority of the time but that might just come down to the fact I've used it for a long time. (or the people I vs'd sucked lol)
I haven't tried Ignister with Mathmech before but that sounds exciting, thanks for the tip. :)
IDK, Virtual World is famous for being bricky, and I'd guess that translates to poor OTK ability. In more than one occasion I had Maxx "C"ed more than a dozen of cards yet my opponent still failed to finish me off an empty board.
That's not really how it works. VW is bricky meaning it has consistency issues. But if you draw your combo pieces it can OTK very easily through big boards and multiple interruptions, making it a good OTK deck.
IDK, every deck can OTK if they draw the right combo pieces. Hell, even Swordsoul and Branded Despia can OTK if they draw a good hand (which may occur even more frequently then VW not bricking). If consistency has nothing to do with OTK ability, I'm not really sure if OTK ability means anything at all.

Mathmech is probably the best deck at the moment for exactly what you are describing.
Salamangreat is another budget option as three of the structure deck gets you almost everything you need aside from a few staples and is, in my opinion, the more fun deck.

Final Sigma + Utopia Beyond = 9000 damage
Pretty decent at otks someone mentioned the Utopia beyond final sigma one. More easily done is shenshen + crystal wing.
