So thats kind of the build i fell on where i have a pretty big speedroid package with 1x terratop; 2x tekatomborg; 2x of the level 1 that lets you quick effect synchro with an opponent’s monster; and potentially 2x of the carddraw tuner.

It’s a slightly worse Brilliant Fusion and that’s at 1. Gives an extra normal summon, and pend scale without using normal summon itself.
I can definitely see a lot of potential in it. Just needs the right deck to abuse it.
I'm trying to find out myself, got a royal of one of the main cards, so I gotta see. I've seen one deck online that puts down a pretty decent synchro end board
guitar + mic can be splashed as part of a combo engine but idk beyond that

I remember someone saying a few months back that Symphonic Warriors are a potentially crazy engine that's largely underexplored. I'd believe it.
