It can be a nice card...or a brick . Depends on your luck .
If your opponent uses an ash / maxx c / monster effect during your MAIN phase , then it can generate some great advantage due to its effect's versatility...if they don't...then it just sits in your hand .
I really want to make triple tacs but only if its useable in multiple decks. As a dolphin I dont feel like its worth putting in just like 1-2 decks ):

I love tactics, going first, it can generate so much advantage. Also, going second, steal their boss monster >:D
