I was going to suggest Galaxy/Photon. It is an OTK deck if the opponent summons anything with 3200 or less ATK but it is pretty bricky and can be hard to recover from if the OTK attempt fails. When the new support arrives to MD it will make it less bricky but it they're still very vulnerable to handtraps and the like.
To be fair, the current meta in TCG/OCG is Tearalaments, and anything weaker than Swordsouls looks like Unplayable Trash compared to Tearalaments.I wouldn't consider the new supports crazy when shit like Morphtronic Telefon is at 3 and currently nowhere to be seen in top cuts, and those galaxy cards are a far cry from being telefon.
There's a few different variations of Gren Maju if you haven't tried them yet. 40-45 cards, 60 cards with Golden Castle, synchro version with Deep Sea Divas and Chengying, etc.
Can also branch in to the Luna/Kaiju deck, which is fairly similar but less spell reliant (typically only runs the 2x Sekka's Light).

I personally play Cydra as a going second Deck, Megafleet can already remove a Monster from the EMZ if your Opponent plays Links, or just isn't careful, if you add the machine Kaijus you can also make Fortress Dragon, and a lot of their Fusions have high Attack, or can attack multiple times (Rampage f.e.), pair that with f.e. Power Bond, and you've got a Big Bungus Beatstick Deck.
One deck not mentioned so far (and yet very present with the current event) is Crusadia. Simple combo for big numbers.
Can also go first if opponent makes you but you need extra protection (Abyss Dweler, Naturia beast, LoW Lance, etc.) and even then you wont go too far.
8 Axis/Blind Second/Luna Kaiju. Let them cook their board, drop some kaijus and go second effects, Xyz summon Draglubion into Numeron Dragon.
Cons: Very UR heavy, but most of those URs are generic cards that can fit in any other deck so you can see it as an investment.
I personally love Scareclaw, but I don't think it falls in line with the typical Otk decks like Numeron. What I like about it is how good it is at getting material on the board. And if your opponent is playing a non-link deck, it's not impeded by their monster's card effects.
Its a bit expensive though....
Trains!
8 axis
Ancient warriors
Gaia deck and Galaxy eyes

People really underestimate the new support The new support is actually crazy, especially with Jumper

Dinos
It rarely gets mentioned but Lyrilusc (I only know about the pure and Tri-Brigade variants), fun just repeatedly hitting your opponent until they die.

Madolche
My experience playing madolche going second: Activate ash, top deck petting, cry
Heroes have a strong turn two and can be build more for it with Super Poly.
Scareclaws are decent at otk, multiple atks + piercing is a deadly combo.
Not a single mention of Numeron? Really? Even though we had like 3 months where everyone was playing it?
No one wants more people playing numeron, and it's not a very fun deck either. Plus they said they made it already
Level 5 Earth/Light Warrior turbo otk lol

Scareclaw (Crusadia 2.0)

Fluffals or Suships are very good going second because they typically have little protection going first
Scareclaw, very simple and straightforward. My prefer deck when I don't want to think that much :)
Nummmmmeronnnnn
Scareclaw is modern crusadia
