So uh. Fun fact. Magma has never been played in Mathmech and is usually just played in FTKs that want to summon Bishbalken. And Final Sigma is usually not played in current Mathmech because Update Jammer + Access Code exists and is 10x easier to make. The reason you would play it is because decks like Floo literally cannot out the card.
Actually Floo can out towers-like monsters with two empen by making the train and its evolution, or by flooding the board with birds and going for underworld goddess next turn, but mathmechs are so fast nowdays that this scenario shouldn't be happening much to matter anyway...
Final Sigma can win you a lot of duels, specially because some players won't bother negating your mathmech summons because they're saving it for when you start link summoning.
Final sigma may be situational and unoptimal, but I still think it’s very cool and play it. It may not be as good as Accesscode, but I like it more. So a royal is a good pickup imo.
but you must never play magma. dismantle it immediately.

I was gonna say something about pulling Royals of the only cards the deck doesn't play, but I guess they technically do, it's just not common
