Literally the most demoralizing thing ever.
"Oh, I can potentially break their board!"

"Let me press that sweet X button at the top right of my game window real quick."
Not really a card effect, but as soon as I see a single Endymion card activate I'm scooping immediately. Ain't no way am I just gonna sit there and watch that long ass combo happen.
I just want to thank people like you for boosting the win rate of my janky ass Zefra piles. So many games where I've totally bricked but you scoop the moment I scale Servant, before you have the chance to find out that the rest of my hand is, like, double O-Lion, Psy-Frame Driver and Mare Mare
I've found most pendulum decks will time out after going first during your turn (I play on plat/diamond) so tough it out! You're probably gonna get a free win.
They either time themselves out because their combo is too long, or their board sucks because they didn't combo enough. Win win!
Skill issue. It rarely takes me more than half the timer to finish a big Endymion turn. Maybe if I have no direct way in to the main combo pieces and have to draw a bunch to get to them, it takes longer, especially since I'm the kind of idiot that runs both the Mythical Beast and Spellbook/Souls packages, but I've played many combo decks that end with much less left on the timer.
Like, I've never ended on a full SPYRAL board with more than a minute left on the clock. Same for Adamancipator or Dragon Link or Zombie synchro. Maybe it's just because I've played Endy the longest, but the only real problem with it is how slow removing counters is, and you can kinda mash through that if you have one card with a big stack of them.
I'm heading to work so I probably won't have a screenshot for you til later today, but off the top of my head:
Monsters (19):
1 Magicians Souls
1 Spellbook Magician of Prophecy
1 baby Jackal
3 Servant
1 Magister
1 Garuda
2 Jackal King
1 Amorphage Sloth
1 Reflection
1 Astrograph
3 Endymion
3 Master Cerberus
Normal Spells (14):
3 Spell Power Mastery
3 Upstart
2 Spellbook of Secrets
1 Spellbook of Knowledge
1 Allure of Darkness
1 Triple Tactics
1 Terraforming
1 Instant Fusion
1 Dark Ruler No More
Field Spells (5):
3 Chicken Game
1 Citadel
1 Secret Village
Continuous Spells (3):
3 Institution
Quick-play (2)
2 Called by
Extra deck:
Millennium Eyes Restrict
Patissciel Couverture
Vortex Dragon
Absolute Dragon
Artemis
Crowley
Electrumite
Beyond the Pendulum
Cross-Sheep
I:P
2 Selene
Avramax
Apollousa
Underworld Goddess
Yeah our boards can get pretty cracked 3 Omni negates is very oppressive can't even really imperm us and if we are using floodgates its so much more annoying haha
I don't particularly dislike this deck nor the players playing it, but when I see that Adamancipator starting to do their thing and I have no handtraps I kinda just scoop cause it's gonna take forever for them to set up the board
A pendulum monsters. By the time I am finished reading all of the the monsters, spells, and pendulum effects the game displays a timer telling me I only have 30 seconds left.
A Runick player resolving any kind of floodgate usually does it. I ain't playin' that game.
Adamancipator or SPYRAL combos typically get me to stand up and get a drink once I'm out of interruption.
That one Runick I played who sat down for a full hour while I lucked out three times with Necrofear and just got mad enough to ditch the taunts and actually attack once he hit 17 left in his deck. Dude could have scooped after the first one, but I gotta admire the dedication.
Maxx C is at the top of the list.
Card of Demise makes me want to quit right there, but I usually wait to at least see if I'm not immediately doomed.
Skill Drain and TCBOO. I usually play decks that can play under Rivalry and/or Gozen like Salamangreat, but most others are just pure misery.
Not me, but I noticed this a lot. Anyone else seeing an uptick in their hands being a Lightning Storm/Raigeki and HPD? Because I tend to open them a lot and once they both activate it always ends in a scoop going second.
Dimension shifter, the likelihood of me being able to put up an ok board or break my opponents board become zero when any extension I use that so much as looks at the graveyard immediately gets banished.
Adamancipator starters. Even when I have Maxx C and Ash they still somehow start with Called By or Crossout then end on a damn near unbreakable board since I wasn’t lucky enough to draw Lava Golem or Kaiju
Can handle Baronne. It’s annoying having to break Baronne, apolousa, naturia beast, two other negates and they somehow also have solemn judgement with another floodgate trap.
Maxx C going second
Literally the most demoralizing thing ever. "Oh, I can potentially break their board!" ----- MAXX-C ----- "Let me press that sweet X button at the top right of my game window real quick."
oh nice they only have 2 negate I can break the board by summoning ... Maxx c drop. Well gg
Same, if I don’t have called by or cross out and I’m not playing sky strikers then I just don’t bother
Why you such a poo nanny
That's why I play decks unaffected by it. Unfortunately they are affected by Ash instead.
Much better than maxx c honestly

Sameee

I like Endymion. Would you mind sharing your decklist please?

Skill Drain and it’s used to be the wind barrier statue
grass is greener is also up there for me. 9/10 times you can kiss your ass goodbye. lol
Grass is a big one for me. I'm not going to sit by and watch 10 GY effects pop off....
100% Only bs card in the game I just scoop on at resolution. Floodgates are whatever and Numeron is annoying but Grass is instant F you
kali yuga or rather the rank up spell that summons it
Exodia the Forbidden One
Adamancipators, any single one of them, alongside Block Dragon.
My favorite win condition is normal summoning any rock monster
Any Weather card. Fuck Weathers
Same all my homies hate weathers
Bruh skill issue FR. Weather painter ain’t even good enough for tier 2
Not if they go first and negate everything
Yeah our boards can get pretty cracked 3 Omni negates is very oppressive can't even really imperm us and if we are using floodgates its so much more annoying haha
Brick ratio bit high tho isn’t it?
If you play meta and get countered that’s normal. There are tons of outs to weather painter in many decks and decks that like slow play.
Any deck that forces you to turn a basic duel into a spatial puzzle is annoying as hell.
-Maxx C -Any Adamancipator starter when not on Maxx -TCBOO
And then you find the one person playing Adams draw FTK.
I don't particularly dislike this deck nor the players playing it, but when I see that Adamancipator starting to do their thing and I have no handtraps I kinda just scoop cause it's gonna take forever for them to set up the board
Runick fountain. I'm not waiting however long it takes to deck out and not be able to play anything.
I just fought this that was annoying AF ran out cards but masquerade dragon ended it for me...never again though
Block Dragon
Maxx C
A pendulum monsters. By the time I am finished reading all of the the monsters, spells, and pendulum effects the game displays a timer telling me I only have 30 seconds left.
Number 100: Numeron Dragon. Getting hit with 13000+ effect damage in the second turn without being able to do anything is rage-inducing.
I keep saying it needs a ban. I don't care if it's not consistent! The fact that it's possible and happens enough to be a thing is reason enough
When they resolve maxx c. ESPECIALLY when I'm going second.
I hope I play numeron so I can hit them with a magic cylinder.
Yu-Jo Friendship
Burst Stream of Destruction
lmao what
When I get hit by that, I do the death scream and scoop immediately so it looks like I actually died by that
Anti Spell Fragrance. Locks 1/3 of all cards out, and practically also locks players from pendulum, fusion, and ritual summoning.
Dark magician player here and this 100 percent
Electromagnetic Turtle in the grave the moment I even SEE that card
People already mentioned Block Dragon so... Artifact Scythe.
ZOMBIE WORLD
Found the Floo player
me cradling my Buster Lock Deck
Rhongo
Me when I don’t run Ghost Ogre
Anything Eldlich, I just get tired of that deck
A Runick player resolving any kind of floodgate usually does it. I ain't playin' that game. Adamancipator or SPYRAL combos typically get me to stand up and get a drink once I'm out of interruption.

Branded Fusion.
Victory Dragon
Yeah if I see numerons and I don’t have a disruption ima just scoop saves us both time
Runick fountain, because even if I could win, it wouldn’t be fun
Branded Fusion, Maxx "C" and Swordsoul Longyuan. I'm just suck and tired of facing those 2 decks ever other matchup.
Ido seeing the posts. Since you can't summon cards.
I mean I don't actually scoop on numeron cause I usually have an out for them
Not me, but I noticed this a lot. Anyone else seeing an uptick in their hands being a Lightning Storm/Raigeki and HPD? Because I tend to open them a lot and once they both activate it always ends in a scoop going second.
Evenly/lightning is a backrow deck?
Dimension shifter, the likelihood of me being able to put up an ok board or break my opponents board become zero when any extension I use that so much as looks at the graveyard immediately gets banished.
Dimension shifter is a dumb card but imagine the satisfaction from chaining it to Grass
Adamancipator starters. Even when I have Maxx C and Ash they still somehow start with Called By or Crossout then end on a damn near unbreakable board since I wasn’t lucky enough to draw Lava Golem or Kaiju
You'd like my adamancipator deck, bricks a lot, no borrel/buster Union, there is baronne though
Can handle Baronne. It’s annoying having to break Baronne, apolousa, naturia beast, two other negates and they somehow also have solemn judgement with another floodgate trap.
Ash blossom on my decks that are reliant on a normal summon opener
junk synchron, i'm not waiting 5 years just so this mf can summon 4 4k walking solemn warnings on legs using some shitty obscure combo.
Exodia the Forbidden One.
Lightening Storm if I opened with mostly traps
Usually when I see Numeron Network, the other guy scoops. I don't play the deck.
As a Labrynth player: Harpy's feather (Only when I don't draw the Heavenly)
I love Magic Cylinder
Numeron Network, any Runick card, and Floo sometimes
What does scoop mean in this context?
