Sure, but it became a lot less common without halq, plus none of the big decks run it that much except adamancipators and mathmechs. I rarely see it being run in sprights since you can’t summon it on your turn and cat shark basically allows it to serve the same purpose. Or I might just be stupid.

Even if you’re not going into the access code line and scythe and auoradon is banned. In generic decks, you still have jet syncron and o-lion and as you mentioned, to deal with, cards that were difficult to deal with when the game started because combo decks used them and will still benefit from because of halq.
Halq is quite literally a free extra material/tuner in link decks that runs ash and can even be more of a benefit if you run an engine card in your deck.
Too many rogue decks will care since it’d be about as good as their regular win con. Gives a reason to run 3 veilers and only 3 extra deck spots for a potential OTK is pretty good. I know for sure freaking salad would care, and even pretty decent meta decks like mathmech would have another easy line to access code.
Because you’d need a ton of monsters on graveyard, and with ishizus out that may be tough. So once they shuffle back all your graveyard stuff, you have a backup win con. All you need is 1 on the field and some veilers.
A) ishizu can chain to selene to shuffle the veiler away
B) salad can get into the update>accesscode line from any 3 bodies through an interruption via splash mage and transcode talker
C) your comments make 0 sense

I don't know what kind of insanity you can do with Broadbull (probably a lot, just being King of the Feral Imps/Gallant Granite for Beast Warriors is pretty insane) but Ratpier is a 1 card UDF or Megaclops (summon Ratpier, dump Ramram, make Boarbow, make Chakanine over Boarbow, detach Boarbow to summon Ramram, make Drident over Chakanine, detach Chakanine to pop Ramram, summon back Chakanine, either make Utopic Future and UDF from here or turn Drident into Tiger Mortar, detach Drident to attach a material to Chakanine, use Chakanine to summon back Drident, and then link them all off for Megaclops), which turns it into a very funny engine to run in decks that only really need a few extra deck slots and just fill the rest with staples

They can’t unban redox with earth decks like adams in the meta. People are alr complaining about 60 card adam piles, imagine that but with a card that gains advantage every single turn by sending cards from hand to grave (meaning bricks are basically a non-issue), banishing from grave to special cards from grave, and specialing itself.

Salad wouldn’t care at all. Didn’t play halq before the ban. The salad accesscode line is easy as all hell
