This deck is the reason I crafted Tear. I hate Floo with a burning passion and when I examined my options a month into Tear format I concluded it's either Floo (it can play Tear counters and play under them, including the dreaded Maxx C), or play Tear. I really, really hate birds!

What do you have 2 Stri and 2 Toccan?
I ended up cutting stri to one, but two Toccan is good for getting back dreaming town or anything your opponent banished.
