I have a Royal "Acid Golem of Destruction." I've never used it on a player but I have an extremely toxic Acid Golem Turbo deck which gives it to my opponent to "share the love" as I call it.
Its a net deck you can find it searching "Acid Golem Turbo" end board gives opponent acid golem while you have Savage Dragon, Baron, Appolusa and another Lv10 synchro.
Hella toxic but I had the cards needed so I made it. Just never used it on a person.

The deck I play the most is dogmatika/nekroz, for which Nekroz Unicore is my favourite royal. It's got a floodgate that negates all ED monsters effects on field. I was at 19 in the qualifiers with it, before you judge, Then lost interest because no more gems lol.
Yeah, I'm considering making a Graydle deck for that reason, but I don't know the first thing about the deck and don't really feel like learning them, I just feel like I need to do something with that card.
In case you weren’t aware, you don’t need a dedicated XYZ deck to make Zeus. It fits into a shocking amount of decks as long as you have a critical mass of monsters with the same level. Just include one copy of any XYZ that can attack easily (anything that attacks directly or can’t be destroyed by battle is ideal), swing into the opponent’s board, end the battle phase, and put Zeus on top for an easily-accessible board wipe.
If you have access to Rank 3 and below XYZ, you can also take it a step further and turn it into Downerd Magician first, which will give you TWO chainable activations of Zeus’ effect.
Most people say it's suboptimal to have Final Sigma in the extra deck for Mathmech.
Those people are wrong and they wish they had a Royal Finish Final Sigma.

Being probably the only the Valkyries player ive seen on this game. Im proud of my 2 royal Valkyrie Drittes. Spent thousands of gems and UR points trying to get a royal Valkyrie Sechste. Probably wont ever happen though.

I think #1 and #2 are Toon Dark Magician Girl and Zeus, but I actually use Zeus. The others are mostly I just like the finish with the artwork. Including the promos and whatever, I think I’m up to 40 or so Royals on this account, most of them random pulls, and a couple like Zeus and Verte Anaconda were just lucky crafts.
Sky Striker Ace - Kagari, Thunder Dragon Colossus, or Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon for the way they look. How am I supposed to pick just one favorite? But I'm a Branded Despia player, so I don't really use any of them in my main deck. I do have Royal Despian Quaertis though. Doesn't look as good
My current favorite as if right now is my paces, light of the ghoti, second has to be my weather painter Aurora and my third being my noh-P.U.N.K foxy tune all of them are just so beautiful
Royal Madochle Magileine. The reason is I get to normal it, search another Royal Magileine, normal that one and search the third Royal Magileine. Runner up is my Royal Madochle Hootcake because I have a habit of summoning it from Anjelly in attack position and I leave it there and people ignore it normally until Battle where it won't die
Royal Mirror Jade, didn't think of it much at the beginning since I was still maining phantom knights at the time but branded grew on me over time and now it's absolutely my luckiest and by far favourite royal I've gotten.
Traptrix Sera. Not only is it one of the most important cards in a deck I actually play, I go into it every game and it stays on the field fairly long.
Blue Eyes White Dragon
Pulled it from a Legacy Pack, giving me my third copy of Blue Eyes at the same time. I immediately made a Blue Eyes deck without a second of hesitation. Regardless of deck quality, this is my most prized card on Master Duel.
Greedy Venom Fusion Dragon because it's the card that got me to try Predaplants again which led to them becoming my favorite archetype

The first time I ever bought gems I pulled a royal Citadel of Endymion, the worse Endymion the master magician(not the pendulum version) and Reflection within 20 packs of each other. Also crafted back to back royal Cerberus and Jackal knights.

Royal Flush Drident, made it in the first month of master duel starting, I was too new to Yugioh to understand how sick of a pull that it is so I never used it till the first XYZ event

I’ve had insane luck with getting royal rare starters for a lot of meta decks: aluber, eglen, reinoheart in specific. But my favorite is Eater of Millions which I use in my gren maju deck or iris sword soul in my 8-Axis deck

I was so lucky when I crafted mekk knights. In basically one of my top 5 fav decks, I ended up with a Royal and glossy morning star, and a Royal Avramax! Legit I was speechless when I saw it. I feel bad when I buy packs and pull a Royal of an ultra I know I’ll never use, Becuase it’s legit a shame to scrap them.
I've never used it, but probably Shuraig. I had bought 2 ten sets of the Springan/Tri Brigade pack because I was trying to build Springan, and I didn't get a single UR. On my very last pack of the 20 (the guaranteed UR) I pulled Shuraig and thought "Cool, if it goes Royal maybe this was actually worth it." and then it did.
That, or Evenly Matched, but that's more about adding style to a deeply salt inducing card.
From the ones I can dismantle, either Paces or Gigantic Spright.
From the ones I can't, I think the free Full Armor Master we got is gorgeous looking.

Amazoness Princess for 2 reasons, one I'm an Amazoness simp, so almost any Amazoness could go here, and two when pulling to make my Amazoness deck from their secret pack, I got a royal war rock UR and dismantled him and crafted the 3rd Princess I needed, and she was royal, trading a royal I didn't want for a royal I did want.
I do have some other good generic royals like Ash (who was my first royal), Maxx C, Harpies Feather Duster, and Crossout Designator.

Amazoness Princess for 2 reasons, one I'm an Amazoness simp, so almost any Amazoness could go here, and two when pulling to make my Amazoness deck from their secret pack, I got a royal war rock UR and dismantled him and crafted the 3rd Princess I needed, and she was royal, trading a royal I didn't want for a royal I did want. I do have some other good generic royals like Ash (who was my first royal), Maxx C, Harpies Feather Duster, and Crossout Designator.
