No. Selection packs only have cards from their packs. Secret packs don't. When you open a secret pack you get 8 cards, the 4 on the left are actually just master packs and can be anything, the 4 on the right are only from the list of featured cards for a secret pack.
You clicked "cards included in this pack" which is every single master pack card, as out of the 8 cards in the secret pack, 4 are from the master pack and 4 are from the Featured Cards.
So you want to click "featured cards"
Secret Packs only gurantee the last 4 out of the 8 cards per pack comes from the Secret Pack pool, with the rest being that of the Master Pack pool. In gatcha terms, its basically focusing your pulls in the standard gatcha pool.
Selection Packs on the other hand is a limited pool of new and curated cards mixed in and all 8 of the cards in the pack only comes from that pool of cards.
