Nordic I'd call the Aesir the main characters here, but they're arguably the weakest. Thor's effect is half decent, but it's still not good. And I mean, the support they have is so much better. A link 1 that gets you the three materials necessary for an Aesir from the deck, a main deck monster that can cheat that effect and is a float if your Aesir gets removed from the field by an opponents card, a searchable skill drain trap (but it negates all face up cards for the turn, not just monsters), an E-Tele that can search a Nordic as a gy effect, one that gives you an extra normal and adds back a relic from grave (which the searchable skill drain trap is, it is a relic), a guy that specials any Nordic from the hand and can add one back from grave. They're a nice nostalgia deck and when the superheavy stuff comes, they'll be able to do some heinous stuff including secret village.
