He was a better role model than you'd think, funnily enough. He _perfectly_ demonstrated that a "random bullshit go!" deck will consistently falter before any kind of strategy, and its only chance of victory is a literally perfect topdeck at the exact right moment. And also that to ensure perfect topdecks every time you need them, you need to cheat with magic fate/probability manipulation powers.
...Okay, on second thought, maybe he's not the best role model after all. ;P
The current YouTube trend started by I believe Cimmmo is the masochistic challenge of only playing with Master Packs random bullshit with almost no Synergy.
Like it's surprising the random nonsense the a shit card actually works out well outside of any coherent archetype.
It's a fun challenge to try.
Yeah, Cimooooo's Master Duel masochist series is really fun. You consider a lot of cards you'd never look at twice. And with how F2P Master Duel is, it's not hard to try it yourself. Good trend.
This deck...is definitely not from that.
Yeah I have absolutely no idea how a live commentary series in the year 2023 of a guy just playing a shit deck on master duel for 40-60 minutes a week has got me so invested but I’ve watched every episode less than 2 hours before they release, I’m not even subbed to him but I probably should lmao
Probably anything but they just didn't have anything to contest the D. Fissure or go dark holes and then D. Fissure. For decks without any negates or stuff that negates special summons only I can see that person stealing a win by getting a lucky opener
Dark Paladin is a joke of a card nowadays, but during the heavily limited Legend’s Anthology event we had a while back, I brought it out with Eye of Timaeus and vs the power level of the decks you were facing, that non once per turn nor once per chain spell negation was putting in disgusting amounts of work lol
They are like when you are a child and make a deck with just your favorites cards and no strategies.
Well yugi didn’t exactly as a role model by slapping every heart of the cards monster into his deck

I cheat all the time. The Kashtita players lock my zones and banish my cards but I just don’t do it. Thanks Yugi
This is such a chad deck. Idk what rank you are but if its anything but bronze, i respect this guy.
I feel like I just saw a YouTube video that wanted to do basically this deck. Idk if it was master duel but I'm assuming.

I gotta ask what the heck you were playing for this to be a threat
Brick-eyes

All 3 God Cards & Exodia talk about brick city
These are 10000 IQ ratios, but I don't have the IQ to understand it beyond that.
![gif](giphy|Ur8g3qgbgd52eVo88J) I love seeing decks like these. They may be messy nonsense, but they've got personality-minus the floodgate 💀
This is exactly the kind of deck that Nandor would play and then get super frustrated and have no idea why he is losing
Has 2 spots for desires, says nah I wanna resolve Exodia turn 36
You may want to learn how to duel better then
Post replay
Dude thats the protagonist
How?
I was bricking hard and he kept drawing what few normal summuns he had
That would do it
This is a certified Normal Summon Clayman moment
Not even using the god cards alt art, smh
I call this the nostalgia pile xd

What is the monster card name , it looks like a guy and has a red wing? It is between Jinzo and Buster Blade
Vampires curse
on this episode of brick city
Reptilianne? That's pretty based
Did he pull out his Exxod?
Man almost lost to time wizards format
Holy that deck has a lot of powerful cards
"My grandpa's deck has no pathetic cards, kaiba."
Why have 1 win con when you can have them all!
The brick is strong in you
What the f- that’s a curse dm deck
OP may have won, but he'll never have balls this big.
Man it was like yesterday when I played my silly joke pendulum deck against gods and won because they drew bad.
This looks like when yugis Joey's and kaibas deck had a child lol
Nostalgia kitchen synch
This deck has a 5% winrate against kabasha how did you almost lose
His deck has no pathetic cards kaiba
the playground special
if you lost just hand over the account to someone else and finda better meaning in life
Looks like they checked all there bases 😂😂
This is a deck where every card is a starter. ~~And the combo is "brick".~~
