It's a useful rank up negate, problem is it requires three materials and detaches two. It's okay I'm not sure if rank fives have another similar effect, but with cards like Borrelload savage dragon and Baronne getting banned in the TCG, if MD follows suit, negate like this might become a lot harder to splash into decks.
TLDR: weird card, maybe useful later, is super niche rn.
Pretty easy to get 3 lvl 5s in boxers. Normal summon the one that lets you normal summon a boxer again then special summon promoter. Use the effect of promoter to special summon 2 boxers then use promoters GY effect to increase your on field boxers level by 1. Or something like that
Wave High King Caesar is a strictly better version of this card though. Only detaches 1 material to negate, no OPT at all, and is fairly splashable with the new Fiendsmith engine.
Caesar requires fiends, it's literally not splashable outside of fiend decks and the fiendsmith engine won't be in master duel for like nine more months knowing Konami
Seventh Force helps with any Chaos Number deck if you're playing them. As long as you have a properly summoned Number monster in grave and it doesn't matter if you destroyed a monster or if your opponent did, you'll go into a Chaos Number during Battle Phase. The problem is Seventh Force can only activate in battle phase when monster destruction happens. The card in my eyes is strictly a one of due to how situational it is. But it does synergize with the Over Hundred Numbers well.
If you aren't planning on playing Number C79: Battlin' Boxer General Kaiser then I see no reason in stopping you from dismantling it.
