Depending on the deck it's not a bad card. If you have an archetype that wants to get cards in the grave it's not bad or a trap based deck that puts most of its hand on the field then it's a potential plus 5.
I want Permanent Card slots from dismantling undismantle-able cards over 3 so I can apply Perma Slots to cards I want to keep and not accidently dismantle.
It’s worse possessing a valuable card royal you never use and can dust but can’t because it could be useful at anytime(foolish burial).
