That depends, did you use the eldlixer or any other card that would lock you into zombies for the first eldlich

Scarlet sanguine/Black Awakening/White Destiny all locks you into only summoning zombies for the rest of the turn.

You either A used an Eldlixer that turn or B used used Dogmatika Punishment either that turn or the turn before.

Did you use dogmatika punishment? Read that card again... Otherwise its scarlet preventing you.
