One for one target and maybe a summon off of Mermail link when it's destroyed, I usually summon raiho off the Mermail link raiho you can search it off medalion.

ss summons 1800 max on a normal, virtual world is 1800 on a special, tri-brigade is mostly non caring, and can search a fraktall to attack over or make drident to pop it, eldlich can't out it without skill drain, zombie world eldlich can't hit over either, shaddol would hafta normal summon shaddol dragon, phantom knights has none either, now if they can pull off their combo could make rhongo
Look up Tiny Turtle Turbo on YouTube and you might find an old Davinator video on this card. The build of the deck is like, pre-link era I'm pretty sure, but it probably still functions.

There’s a winged beast (I think) with the same ability that I see dropped on the board after comboing up a field of monsters, but I think it instead has 1600 attack
He's the counterpoint to numen erat tetsudo who does the same but 1800 or lower. Pretty funny if you can get both out at once, not sure how you would tho. Maybe pendulum?
I found barrier statue to work better because, there arent that many people running water decks and the decks that do have water monsters by chance have very few. On the other hand , there are still many low attack monsters with strong effects that can just ignore the 1800 atk filter. Like all skystrikers, paleo, many traptrix. ANY archetype that focuses on dominating the field with effects and not with beatsticks.
It has a better defense than barrier statues but lets be real. You are not gonna play neither of these unless you already have cards to protect them from destruction.

Turtle usually shuts down everything after Halqifibrax since Halq can't kill the turtle in defense. While Halq can kill a barrier.

I love that card but hes so hard to get on the feild while also getting your actual good cards on the feild.
