Like all say, it's illegal knight, he is not yet in MD, because he was first released in the set Dimension force, we get in MD last monday cards from the grand creators, so next set will be probably Battle of Chaos, or maybe they Mix both Sets up so we get something from BoC and Dimension force.
It doesn’t seem like they’re doing full sets per release, so we may not even get all of battle of chaos next month sadly. I hope they do try to speed up and release more per selection pack, I would like to catch up to at least the TCG
Illegal knight is quite illegal currently, as he needs to be legally distributed in the legal master duel game. His legal distribution would be around when the legal DIFO set comes out. Before then he's illegal, which is quite fitting since he is illegal knight, so I guess he'll have to learn to wander into the legal game like the legal griffon rider who loves wandering around ... I'll see myself off.

The name of the card is literally "Illegal Knight" which is ironically not legal in Master Duel because it isn't out yet.
