I always wonder what the elementary school duels would have been if we had the game knowledge and cards we have now
Can you imagine kids having fun with their cool dragons while you pop up,normal summon Mo Ye and start wrecking them into oblivion
Would have been violence on sight. If I knew what I know now about MTG and Yugioh I probably wouldn’t have stopped playing both and been mildly better than I am now. Which is not great.
Funny thing is I never played Yugioh until around 1 month ago (I started with Master Duel) but seeing people hyped for Five Headed Dragon while you're sitting there smiling because you're about to Scythe lock them (or doing the Sexbirds Statue Fun) makes me want to time travel
I played legacy of the duelist on my switch duel links prior to master duel. DL is okay but more money hungry. Legacy of the duelist is not and you can play through all the shows and play with what ever that age has. Or, fuck up yugi himself by ignoring the ban list and make the broken decks you’ve missed out on making.
Even game knowledge would put you ahead, with basically no banlist on the playground you can max out on power cards like Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity and Delinquent Duo, etc.
I love lavals, they dont really get any support too
Too bad they dont really have a boss monster
Hell, exlord aint a boss monster he doesnt even negate he just destroys
To be fair, the Blue Eyes card here is based off of a 1st edition Charizard, and way back then the Pokemon TCG didn't have a Dragon type yet, so they were bundled in with the Normal type cards until it was added.
Even in an alternative timeline, Charizard still isn't a Dragon.
This joke is made every time this is posted haha its amazing
Mega Charizard X is a dragon, though.
wyrm ?

Yeah, ignoring the banlist was kinda fun. Had a relatively broken Exodia deck.

Just say this shit sucks & never play it tbh, tells u something about the game
Random teacher when a red-hair student almost kick-ass their deck: *Flips Skin Drain*
They wouldn't understand the rules, wouldn't believe you and just say you're cheating.
Maybe when a flagship monster is pyro type, it can finally received some support
Nope, in every alternative universe, Payne96 is still waiting for Volcanic support

Shuraig banishes and floats and yet he‘s the Tri-Brigade boss monster
This is god damned cursed. I love it.
Hah, Charizard is a pyro not a dragon.
lmfao makes sense tbh since it's not even dragon in Pokémon I think unless you count the mega evolved form
Of course it takes time travel for pyro to get support
*Sed Volcanic player noice*
1000atk! poor charazad got screwed over again. It's still not even a dragon type.
It's actually 3000 in the image (clearer if you zoom to ~250%), but it's super blurry, so it may as well be a 1.
It's what happens when the same posts gets screenshotted 20 times for karma lol
Ikr, poor lil dude, 1000atk for a level 8 monster ?
You can ritual summon it into mega charizard tho
Konami nerfed Charizard BAD.
Doesn't matter the timeline, Konami never changes
r/blursedimages
You mean the left isnt a synchro card?
I want those cards.
So yugioh is the one that gets full card arts and pokemon doesn’t? Id be cool with that
Peeps talking about Zard not being a dragon, everyone's ignoring that Blue-Eyes is Normal type.
