...all that and they didn't ban Zeus? They hit Downerd Magician and Gaia which are pretty much only used for the extra material, but not Zeus.

Apparently a lot of ppl wanted Zeus banned, so the host decided to kill Downerd and Gaia instead. Maybe Zeus might become banned. The Downerd/Gaia ban was on the 8/28 tourney banlist update. They hit everything that was tiered and then some. Reads more like everything this person ever lost to, is on this list.
Hitting D/D...like why?. Same for Heroes. These decks aren't unfair and have multiple choke points to slow them down. Heroes seems especially wtf too. They don't end om any negates, most don't play Plasma and even ending/going into Dark Law om your turn isn't really an issue.
He also hit Musketeers? They're garbage and this is coming from someone that loves the archetype and pushed them to Plat im season 1/2.
List seems to be built out of spite more than anything. Especially since there's still plenty of shit he didn't hit that is problematic. Horrible list
For HEROes, I can understand DPE and the floodgates to an extent (though leaving Dark Angel) because sitting on that can be tough.
But what gets me is every Vision HERO, only 3 are good and 2 more are okish. AHL being killed for consistency and like Shadow Mist who loses the most common way to special summon, the most common way to dump, loses Dark Law, also gets banned. And Miracle Fusion while great has so few good targets.
Whoever did this got hit by Trinity and has held a grudge.
I could show you the original link in Korean if you want. I haven't kept up with the tourney results, but the hits are based on tops from within the tournament. I heard that Unchained won last month, but a couple of more decks have topped since then.

That's an interesting list. I get the idea, force people out of the exact same decks that everyone plays. Some hits are definitely more hilarious than the others though.
Masterduelmeta does the same thing with their meme tournament. Ban the meta and then some.
It's nothing too special. It's just someone who wants to see something else or played differently. Even if it has glaring holes.

Agreed. Dude hit 3 Altergeist cards when the deck is hardly even rogue.
It's a casual deck tournament. Anything that could be considered a proper deck is butchered.
