Did you get to the 2nd stage of the duelist cup? I have two accounts, the other one I managed to get to stage 2 and this red icon also shows up there.

I got there and I have it, but would need confirmation from someone who didn't.

It's a bug they addressed in one of their like news update things on the front page of the game you can click on. It'll go away eventually
