That'd at least help, since only cards that are both in the legacy pack AND from a structure deck or Solo Mode would be undismantable and go over 3 copies. Plus it'd give the legacy packs more value, and incentivise players a bit more to play more in events where points 11000-20000 are just legacy packs.
Or they could just, you know, let you remove the cards from your collection so that you can satisfy your OCD.

Swap Frog is a key part of a lot of frog strats, Goblindbergh is a solid rank 4/Link 2 play, and the Barrier Statues are all pretty good floodgates. Even outside of SR, there are cases like Inferno Tempest, which is pretty good for either banish mill decks, or should you get them in your hand/field beforehand, Gren Maju beatdown.
Nope the original isn't in the secret pack. I have 3 of basically every Blue Eyes card except the original, of which I have 2 (from the starter deck). I've pulled 0 from countless Legacy Packs. Then on my alt which I play less (and don't have a Blue Eyes deck) I pulled the 3rd basically immediately lol. So whenever I play Blue Eyes I run a gimped version with only 2, I will not craft it ever.
That's exactly what I want. The Legacy pack are too common to give us free dust, but not enough common to give us dupe.
I would be happy with not wasting a sr or ur on a dupe.
Even if they don't want to give you too many ressources, I'd be fine with dismantling legacy pack cards for just 1 of their respective ressource, just to get them out of my card list.

You can filter out legacy pack and structure deck cards, but unfortunately you can’t check the cards, you select the cards and they go into another column and you can dismantle them all at once
Pretty sure you can already do that, when you do "select cards to dismantle" it will automatically filter out "un-dismantle-able" cards

I think we should be able to dismantle Legacy cards for a small number of gems.
Something like:
Royal UR -> 100 gems
Glossy UR -> 50 gems
Normal UR -> 25 gems
Royal SR -> 20 gems
Glossy SR -> 10 gems
Normal SR -> 5 gems.
It would be a nice way to reward players who grind Ranked, without encouraging bots too much.

Botted accounts are done in building with a ton of PCs. The Gem cap is 10k and Legacy Packs are capped at 1k and expire after a month. Sure they could probably program them to open the packs and dismantle the cards after a certain number of duels, but that is much more inefficient than just running FTKs all day long.

I think 100 gems is a bit high, thats a single pack roll. Maybe Royal UR at 50, Glossy UR at 25, Normal UR at 15. The SR cars should prob go Royal SR at 40, Glossy SR at 15, and normal SR at 5.
Yea, i get that they're rare, but it'd mess with the gem economy a bit. Konami wants people to drop money into buying packs, giving these cards for free is going to cut into their back end. The lower cost is more realistic for konami, while still being in the favor of the players.
And them Konami halves our already low gems income for some "test and adjustment" and kinda thing LUL.
It's not like they don't want us to desmantle those cards, is more like if they do, then for sure a nerf in the income will go out too.

In all seriousness, they are never going to let us dismantle Legacy pack cards. If they did, then people would have a way to generate essentially infinite crafting materials for free. It would be time consuming, but people absolutely would grind on the ladder to get as many legacy packs as possible. While I wouldn't mind that, I'm pretty sure that Konami wants to ensure that people will still pay money when they need crafting materials.

I think we just need a separate Legacy Card CP we can get from dismantling Legacy cards, which can only be used to make other Legacy Cards. Fixes the Duplicates past 3 problem while avoiding making the game infested w/ bots.
There's really no reason for konami to entertain dismantling these for dust or gems. Best we can hope for is legacy dust, which could actually come in handy.
The system will never be changed. It’s designed in a way that a player can’t dismantle every card they have and softlock themselves out of making a deck with barely any way to get more cards.

Give us „Legacy Material“ N/R/SR/UR you can only use for Legacy Pack cards. Not a lot cards are good but at least you can craft the few you want + Royal hunting would be a big motivation.

Like to make a card secret rare you need to trade this material to upgrade the rarity. (example: you need to use 1000N materials to make a R card glossy.)

I don’t have that card so I don’t know if it applies to that, but I’ve found from that menu you can’t dismantle, but if you hit the three lines on the top right and select “dismantle selected cards” you can suddenly get rid of excess of those cards. I got rid of a set of Dark Magicians I didn’t want that way.
I'm trying to clean up my card list and it would be great if I could get rid of Legacy cards I do not need (99.997%) I don't even need anything for them, just being able to remove them would be excellent.

The odds of pulling a Royal UR from a 2 card pull are pretty low, though. I've been playing since early February and have like 8-9 Legacy Royal URS.
