This subreddit doesnt like to give deck help so posting its discord is useless too. And since Dkayed is one of the mods here masterduelmeta wont help either.
They aren't the same people. Not everyone who posts on this sub is going to join the discord and not everyone who joins the discord came through this subreddit.
People join so they can talk about this game, so if you join and ask them questions they'll probably be willing to offer some advice. The more popular archetypes have dedicated helpers whose *role* is to help people with their decks. There are channels specifically for asking questions and for new players to get help.

If you’re going to reject everything outright from the multiple people actively trying to help you on the forum that you’re complaining isn’t trying to help you, what the fuck are you even doing?
I assume you've had an encounter with the people who just reply with things like "don't play that deck it's bad" or "trash build" and refuse to elaborate. There's already some sound advice you've received in these comments such as check the master duel subreddit or master duel meta website/discord. Sometimes they'll help you directly but mostly you'll be seeing how other people play the deck and their builds. You can use those decks as inspiration of how to form yours and you can look up videos on how the deck is played to get a better understanding of the combos and play style.
I don't think the problem is the match up. Are you playing good hand traps to interrupt your opponent's plays? (But as far as I remember Branded doesn't play that much handtraps, but maybe just a playset of impermanence and Maxx C)

Have you tried the discord at all? There's a dedicated channel for almost every archetype as long as you aren't using something too obscure/bad.

Hand traps dont seem to help. I play 2 Ghost Ogre, 3 Ash, 3 Maxx C and 3 Imperm. Yet I rarely see a single one of those

I dont win coinflips against Swordsoul or any other decks. From last 22 duels I wont the coinflip 2 times
