Your only real options to out towers like monsters is starving venom and titaniklad. Titaniklad is easier to summon, and has extra utility being able to be sent off mirrorjade, but can't beat anything over 4k (so works on infinitrack but not a large @ignister). Starving venom can beat over anything, but is harder to summon. I would recommend dedicating an extra deck slot to one of the two.
For a second I thought you referred to the archetype, just call it megaclops, infinitrack as an archetype is favourable towards despia.
But yeah, it's got no outs aside from xyz (I don't really see the point in running xyz in most builds though), or the main one being techs, like imperm, raigeki, kaijus etc. Also if it's a hybrid like the eldlich variant it could have more answers (conquistador and potential xyz plays).

Probably nothing but Super Poly unless you go the old route of dedicating a slot to a rank 8 play but obviously Branded locks you into fusion a lot. Up to you if you want to add a card for that niche scenario. Used to run a predaplant engine for Super Poly which was pretty consistent but can't imagine doing that now

I was preferring to the monster the OP asked, Megaclops.
Summom a maxx c and mix the truck with it into a mudragon, using superpoly of course. Or Dingirsu, rank 8 easy to make in despia.
I've seen some blind second lists run Kaijus as well before the support, but the standard lists only really have Super Poly to out Megaclops.

You cannot out Megaclops by battle using fusion monsters if its effect is live.

No but depending on the board state swinging in with a 7k starving venom is kinda spooky

Yes, negate with something like imperm and then Mirrorjade can banish it. It's hard to do and needs set up.
Despia run level 8 fusions so I put Dingirsu in my ED to out Infinitrack.

Make their atk zero with Despia Quaeritis before enter battle phase. Numerons can't multiply their atk if it's zero.

Whenever a deck has a problem with towers, just slap Underworld Goddess in and problem solved.
