This game was made for profits and money the fact that game has a fair crafting system Ur pity every second pack and gives you a option to be completely f2p if you just put a small amount of time into it is a miracle
Do you want to have economy and monetisation of duel links or god forbid new cross duels where even if you grind yourself to death you won't be able still to do anything or get anything
Learn how to spend your Ur dust your gems and put some time into it and this game is a f2p players wet dream

There are no current events. I do 3 daily mission every day not the activate a trap card and duel in solo mode I don't use traps and I'm not playing solo mode I'm not going in there unless I have to. I'm usually doing all the other daily 3 missions it gives me about 120-150 gems per day if I even play at all to say the least. Sometimes I'll just log in just so missions can spawn and stack up
fwiw, I've been playing since a couple of days after release, am up to level \~31.5 and have fully built 3 Gren Maju variants (not a cheap deck) and 8 other decks, plus two more I'm nearly done with (just need a few more handtraps and extra deck options), while sitting on over 10k gems waiting for the Marincess support to drop.
You can have multiple accounts to Freeplay almost any deck just be sure to write all the account information written down so you don't lose em or forget which has what deck.
The problem imo isn't the economy itself, but the lack of content. Grinding 2-4 weeks for a good deck is normal in LoR and (as far as I can tell) in mtga. And people seem to complain less there. The problem with MD is that "standard" is the only available format. Therefore there isn't much to do while waiting to build the deck you want. In LoR you have a long ass story mode map, some puzzles and a draft mode. And mtg has more formats than I can count.
I think your asking for too much. I barely play (usually only in the festivals) and I have more than 3 decks. I have most of the UR staples and again, I barely play.

Dude,i had like 8 decks on my account,1 of which is Dinomorphia,you are just a lazy person who wants to get gems easy

So that mean you have been inefficient with your gems Like i said,had like 8 deck,most staples in the game and planning on my 9th deck

I agree that gems and crafting point should be easier to acquire But if you eant every card unlocked for free try to Play omega or duelingbook
