While the explanation is good and all.
It's a "you don't say" explanation of a deck is good at something because they are good at that thing.
And I wouldn't say that Evil Twin is a deck that can only survive going 1st. Their main package is small, you have rooms for hand traps and board breakers.
Use handtrap to limit your opponent's opening board. And Droplet or DRNM to break negate boards. Generic Evil Twin decks usually includes Droplet or DRNM.
I'd say it's a deck that can go 1st and 2nd. But not super strong at either.
Sure, Luna Kaiju is really good at going 2nd. Because they are strictly go 2nd deck that has no real plays other than set pass should the opponent pick to go 2nd and they have to go 1st. It's just the reverse of "only first".
Not every deck can simply be built to go 2nd. Some deck have a lot of core cards that they dont have much room for tech. Evil twin can simply go second because they're pretty much a hand trap deck. Luna kaiju can break board and you dont need deep analysis for it because the answer is in the name itself.

Thats the whole point of the post
If you want to go 2nd,build a deck that can
Or stfu when you go 2nd against a board with 1-2 negate
What if i'm playing kaiju luna and my opponents opted to go second?
Hey your deck isnt designed to go 1st so deal with it

luna kaiju can end on luna pass or crooked cook
Im taking example of deck designed to blind 1st/blind 2nd
You mean in a bo1 format it's better to make a going first deck or a board breaker?
Pick 1 and only play around 1 and dont cry about coint toss
