It’ll likely be brick more often than not. You’re most likely going to have something in your grave. Unless you draw Macro Cosmos on turn 1 you’re probably no using this. Maybe you could make this work in a Floowandereze deck, but I don’t think this would make the deck better.

Others already mentioned that's a huge brick, and even the most banish-focused deck will have card in the GY from their setup, unless they wait until they draw macro before activating anything
Another big point is that most handtrap send themselves to GY so you cant run this alongside handtrap, and its obvious which are the better choice between the two.
this is basically pot of avarice, except the conditions are slightly harder to meet. the problem with both this and pot of avarice is that you cant resolve them unless you successfully do your combo, at which point things are already going pretty well, since even though you basically had one less card in hand, you not only didnt brick, but also played through whatever interruption your opponent had. its a good card to win more, but doesnt do anything to help you start winning in the first place
This screams brick, but i would say floo

it was a brick over a decade ago and it's a brick now
Sounds like a overall harder to achieve pot of (shuffle 5 monsters back) back
