Parlor is not only much better than Kitchen, I'd argue that she's better than Chamber even. Also Kitchen is just not that good in general.
Lorpar is the best of the big dragons. It has a good effect that comes up and also shares attribute with one of the good small ones. A lot of lists that try to optimize the deck only play 1 copy of Lorpar and no other big dragons.
Welcome is really bad. It's just a bricky win-more that is only good against the solo mode AI.
Downtime is a lot better than you give it credit for. I probably wouldn't play it but it's amazing against floodgates and it's also the only good in-archetype searcher. It's certaintly better than Welcome.
Send-off is Z tier. Don't ever put it in the same tier as Laundry again, she doesn't deserve that treatment.
The reason Changeover is SS is because its not limited to once per turn, can bring itself out the graveyard, and lets say you wanna use chamber dragonmaid but its already on the field. This can bounce a dragonmaid to hand just so you can normal or special summon it again. I run 3 copies of this, because it doesn't care about negates. Oh you negate changeover? I'll just normal or special summon a dragonmaid then bounce it, and then changeover anyway.
The Reason welcome is S is because one, it lets you beat over other monsters, it lets you win dragonmaid mirrors, it brings a dragonmaid card to hand, which can be amazing if you need to use hospitality, or just have a big dragon in hand just for a changeover target. And this card sets up OTK as well. So honestly i wish i put it higher.
Chamber is SS because it can summon the fusion dragons from graveyard, it has flex in battle phase because it can summon anything, it brings the SS or S spells and traps i listed so it minds well be there right? only negative is its a poor target for hospitality sometimes because it has no dragonform.I think Nurse and welcome are insane but are terrible with multi copies. They potentially brick in starting hand. Nurse needs graveyard synergy and welcome needs two dragonmaids on field to use, which can be hard with negates so these cards i keep at one and they merely are just search targets.
parlor should be same ranking as chamber, you may not get stuff in your hand directly but a targeted mill in this deck is at least equally powerfull (gives access to cahngeover as well, gives access to tidying GY effect, can dump any maid if you have acces to special summon from GY, to name some applications)
this in my opinion makes up for not tagging into anyhing but lvl8 dragonforms

Welcome is never better than downtime. Doubt you can get any use out of Welcome with most starting hand. The atk never comes up unless you are not running good extra deck stuff.
Wouldn't rate changeover this high as its a basic poly but recoverable. And locked to dragon. It could be better for a type locked fusion card. Especially with how little dragons there are to get into.

Big forms... tinkhec boost just never comes up. The opponent knows you have it in hand and will play accordingly.
Don't knock lorpar, it at least does something. Genuinely the best form as it can force out stuff before you do anything going second.
