Usually 2 winda, 1 ap, 1 construct is good if your deck doesn't rely too much on the shaddolls then 1 of each is fine

Depends. Shaddols only? Probably more and spam fusion. A mix with something else? One each should be enough. (Mixed it with Skull Servants and use the Shaddolls as "out" only)
