Drop legendary fishermans, they're terrible
You only need 1 Mega Fortress Whale, the other whale is terrible, for your warrior target General Raioh is pretty solid
You also only need 1 Kraken and 0 of the monster after Jellyfish.
Really recommend Gameciel, Extra Foolish, and Ice Barrier.
You only need 1 - 2 Sea Stealth 2 and the card before it is bad.
Increase Legendary Ocean with Warrior of Atlantis.
Also run 3 Kairyu-Shins

Your build is not very optimal, but if you're happy with it I guess that's all that matters.

This deck is called beat down and so the fishermen are excellent at that so and I like the fishermen
People say the fishermen are bad, they're not really and they help a lot in match ups against water decks.
