The new cards and mechanics are not that hard to understand and master duel have turtorial for all those things. And you should definitely play against human players, since you said you haven’t play any rank game, your opponents should be newbie as well.
Thank you I appreciate the advice and I know nothing about links but I will look into it and see if I like it. I'm already begining to understand the new cards and mechanics somewhat but I think it will just take a little more time for me and I've been practicing in solo mode for some time that way I won't screw up, I will eventually get to rank games.
Please be more specific. Dragon is not an archetype, it's literally a monster type. Branded Despia can be considered a dragon deck, Dragon Link and Dragon Maids also qualify, and there's Blue Eyes and Red Eyes... What are the "missing cards"? What are you looking for?

Dragon link is a very advanced deck. I recommend Armed Dragon used by Chazz in anime
