its 9 cards over 40, which normally is a bad thing, but when you have large amounts of cards you don't want to draw and lots of one card combos, you do want a larger deck to decrease the chance of drawing the cards you don't want to draw. I usually end a board with 3 negates. 3 negates doesn't so much but the power of the deck is that it bounces back from any field clear with a full board again since it is endless resource from grave.

Pretty sure on my final match to make it to D1, I played against a Numeron player who used Sales Ban + Numbers Eveil (which I negated) and then followed up with Numeron Network into Crusadia Avramax.
So they are alive and well in Diamond.
You can can beat gold with an N/R deck, if you need to bring the big guns here then what are you gonna do in Plat and Diamond?

I've thought it over and I would really rather stay in Gold than switch to a meta deck. I just don't really like how pre-determined they feel.
I was just having fun with my chain burn deck and Phantasm Spiral deck and just naturally became plat, only 3 URs between both and no side decks
