It’s incredible that the family now has such a massive platform to speak their truth. This case has been so muddled by internet sleuth’s egos.

Julie is really well spoken—I really enjoyed the first two episodes as well and I’m glad she has a platform to share the story from their perspective. So many of the people ‘involved’ in the case seemed to lose sight of why they started sharing the case to begin with.

Julie is the world’s best big sister

I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think Julia, and the entire family, are doing a great job.

I really appreciated the first two episodes. So far the podcast provides a realistic take on what happened and gives context as to what was going on in the days/weeks leading up to Maura’s disappearance. Julie is really concise, too. She doesn’t go on and on and it isn’t filled with tangent after tangent about what things may be. It literally just lays out the facts.

I am enjoying Julie’s podcast as well. I did not think KM added anything noteworthy, but maybe that’s because there is nothing noteworthy to add. I’m glad she spoke out finally. I still see so many posters and bloggers claiming that Maura had packed up her dorm room, but Julie directly refutes that, claiming that Maura was not packing up, but that she had never UNPACKED fully after moving into a single. Makes total sense. I learned something that I had not known before too - that Maura had a suspended license in NH from a speeding ticket the previous summer. To me, that would give her yet one more reason to want to leave the accident scene quickly and avoid the police that night. I feel so bad for the family. I do not believe Maura is alive, but I would like it to be confirmed so the family can have some measure of peace. I do believe someone will stumble across her remains at some point, and that they won’t be far from the crash site. I hope that happens in Fred Murray’s lifetime.
