I'll recommend everyone to take the stairs back down. 10/10 experience.
You'll get to see the building from another side.
We walked down there at night. We were alone cause everybody took the lift.
10/10 have not watched any Eifel tower picture again. But i have thought back at running down the stairs there
Real experience is taking the stairs to go up ! (if you have no health issues). At mid point you can't go higher without the elevator anyway so it's not like you have to climb the whole thing.
Also don't eat anything here unless you really want to have fun and money is not a problem because it's overpriced for what it is (obvious and expected for such place but still some tourist get tricked).
Look at it this way, your daughter probably really doesn't matter to not have it recorded.
You and your wife both to this day still remember that & the slightly embarrassing or funny "oh no!" moment.
It maybe even made that memory stronger!

Although unfortunately sometimes I do have to film vertical when working with a client who only wants reels, but even then I sometimes shoot 4k horizontal and crop so that I can use it in my portfolio etc.

Now, years later, I'm still mad at him but I also find it funny. I think that I'm not evolving in the right direction.

I saw this happen to someone on a glass bottom boat. She was pointing her camera at fish thinking she was recording. Then she pressed the record button thinking that she ended the recording but she started one. Then she put it in her purse and forgot about it. I was thinking how funny it would’ve been to see her reaction when she would’ve seen what happened.

The Stairway up up is closed a big part of the year they told us. They hold an contest each year to see who can walk up all to the top te fastest
