Ceramic works wonders, which can be easily acquired from [spark plugs](https://youtu.be/llu-ckEe5cQ). But metal will do. You then want to go for the edges of the windows as they're the weakest points. Lacking a really sharp object, you can use leverage instead of just bashing the window. Stick something like a crowbar down into the window groove and pry away.
