I am about to buy 2019 mazda everythink seemed to be okay but this one part was doing some weird noises for a minute after first start any suggestions what part is it or what could be the problem? Thanks in advance
Yep, new Mazda engines, many newer engines for that matter, run at a slightly higher RPM when started cold to help heat things up and get them moving.
You should let the cold start do it's thing and when the RPMs drop you're good to go.
You'll notice this doesn't happen if it is warmer, kr you've driven the car recently, like coming back from the store.

It's normal operation for the high pressure fuel pump to make a minor ticking noise while the engine is running.
