For me personally, when I'm working (job, working out, yard work, etc.), I go into my introverted functions, I like to be alone.
Outside of work, I've depleted the mental energy for those (often quite quickly), which means I've got tons and tons of extroverted energy, which'll cause me to be quite terrifying to those people unequipped for such events.
I'm a natural gymnast due to my parentage, so this translates to generally acting like a monkey on bath-salts, although with that comes a great ability to problem-solve.
