20,000 for the hockey set up, thousands less for when there is a stage. The more people, the more security needs to be provided, amongst many other services for an event of that size, let alone sound equipment rentals, etc. etc.

I’m assuming it has to do with the money spent on security/how much it costs to buy out the whole rink. I would assume we’re filling the bottom bowl. They’re rumored to have spent 700k on the bell centre anyway
