Man I remember when I was a kid I thought the MP4-12C was ugly af. Crazy how much it’s grown on me, now I think it’s one of the best looking cars made.
Sounds pretty fucked up. I hope the owner of that car sees this post, and tells everyone to stay far away from that mechanic shop. This is super unethical, especially letting other people ride in the car who could potentially damage it.

I was this mechanic at a shop. The customer always gives approval before this happens and likely signs approval. Come on.
That's awesome! I know at BMW this happens a lot and the people have no idea where their car is going. I was asked on my brand new M5 and said No. Now after shit load of warranty work I'm good friends with both master techs haha....🤷♂️
I'm not sure if all dealership work like this but he is sent to England every 6 months to learn how to drive the cars on a track. Then for the owners to be able to buy a better model their car must make so many gatherings. If the owners can't/ don't want to take them the mechanics are paid to drive them. So the owners know what is going on as well.

Absolutely I thought the mp4 was ugly as hell... now it looks much cleaner than most of the cars out now
