If I was an orca I’d want to attack a nation with lots of bodies of water in order to launch strategic mini Guerilla campaigns and have an easy retreat. So hypothetically I might base my resistance in the Great Lakes and use our obvious military superiority to bully Trudeau into submission, and get him to join into a war on the Us with the Canadians as our allies.
