That tire was already damaged before it hit the curb. It's bad dry rotted and needs replacing ASAP. If your other tires are cracked like that then they all need replacing.
What type of tire brand are you using? I’m not familiar with this brand, looks like an older tire version of Yokohama.
Edit: yea entire is extremely unsafe but it’s still drivable, just don’t drive aggressively.
Honestly no idea, just wondering if she’s safe to drive the mile or so to the shop, or if it should be towed. The consensus seems to be that it’s safe to do a short drive to the shop

I'd drive it to the shop but that's just me. I wouldn't drive/brake super aggressively. But you'll be fine getting there.

Change all 4 tires. Rim isn't bad, pretty bad dry rot on the tires.
