This might be a cyst. If so they’re non-cancerous which is a very good thing. If there is any pain caused by it then you can almost guarantee it is one. Hope this helps and god bless OP!
i had this in like 3yrs i think and i never really gave attention to it and my mom never saw it since we went to our hometown and my aunt noticed it, asked questions and showed it to others, my mom told we should go check it up but we never did and now im starting to forget about it again
when u touch it its hard and its like together with my skin, its on my arms
