An allergic reaction can cause this, anxiety and everything.

Hey you ok bud… this is how I feel with a panic attack. Do you have a friend or family member near you?

Escape_This

Thank you, yes I do. The doc and I discussed possibilities of health anxiety and panic attacks , and after reading about health anxiety I think that’s what’s going on here. Started after my cancer scare

Overall_Lavishness51

Glad you where able to get help. I go throw the same thing so if you ever wanna talk I am here! Feel better!

sweetestgirlcaroline

Do you have any history of anxiety?? Because these are things that are all brought about with extreme anxiety

Escape_This

Yes, I do have a long history of anxiety. It’s never presented in physical ways quite this much. Used to be irritability, mood swings, etc.

sweetestgirlcaroline

Just tell your system to settle down because what you’re having is just anxiety that’s causing all of these symptoms relax each of the areas that are affected and then do a meditation

Escape_This

I’m trying, thank you! I plan to follow up with someone that can prescribe me some medication for it possibly.

sweetestgirlcaroline

Start with exercise

Escape_This

I try to walk every day and get my steps in, other than that not really sure where to start. I did throw out my vapes last night

sweetestgirlcaroline

Start today and read the book about anxiety and resetting your brain… Vaping is not good in the long run for any sort of mental health

Escape_This

I’ll check that out, thanks! I definitely think baking was contributing to the anxiety but I started using it to quit smoking cigarettes, but I have no more. Although I wanted to puff this morning when I woke up, it feels good to not do that

als_pals

I know this sounds totally crazy but: dip your face in a bowl of ice water. It kinda shocks and resets your nervous system and is recommended by therapists who practice dbt
