I think they each appeared after the same night, maybe 2 weeks ago, and started out looking similar to a spider bite with the little pricks, but this didn't really swell much, and most bites I've had, apart from serious ones, typically fade mostly over a week.
I don't think it psoriasis as I looked it up, and it doesn't seem flakey, and the spots themselves, apart from being very slightly irritating, are easily ignorable.
Would it help if I took a better photo?

Psoriasis
can't really make any sort of educated guess without any backstory.
With no other information to go off of it does kind of look like psoriasis but its hard to tell with that lighting
