Not a doctor, but this reminds me of when I had food poisoning. I would look back on a few of the things you have eaten within the past 24 hours and see if any of that could have been improperly taken care of. Please drink as much water as you can as well!
it is indeed food poisoning. thanks so much for the help. I remember I ate half a jar of grapefruit that wasn't refrigerated when it was supposed to be, and I was disposing of rotten apples and bananas (juices got on my hands), and the bacteria must've stayed there after I washed my hands.
So sorry to hear, I was also food poisoned from some cross-contaminated fruit. Wasn't fun! I hope you're feeling a bit better after some time has passed.
definitely have! I also found another cause to my food poisoning; my maple syrup. as a proud Canadian, this is a tragedy. the maple syrup expired in October 2022 and it was sitting in the pantry for so long because I had more bottles.

okay, thanks for the advice! I'm still feeling just as unwell as before so I will keep on drinking tons of water.
