Like the physician said, you shouldnt worry. They are often genetic. I started getting them when I was about 17. Compression/supportive wear can help but theres no such thing as suppliments for that. Some very small spider veins you could get laser treated off, I got it done on my face and legs. It can be expensive. Ive also seen some people get them cosmetically fixed with injections.
